I seem to lost my purpose in life all of sudden since 2008

i enjoy netball recently
well i am really suck at it
but it my routine exercise
maybe my only time expose to others beside my work
i love to sweat but i am lazy or i just alone

recently a outing with my kaki make me realise i still have friends
i certainly enjoy it
and i still got another buddy who watch movie with me once a while
