progress and 5km run

after my nightshift

i took a nap

then i went to starbuck to study but was surprise there was a awful super long queue

so i went back to my cc and study

i study about one and half hour

managed to absorb a full chap 4

then went around bp to test my new absorbed memory

was pretty bored at 7pm

so think catching up with rao

we decided to went for a run

well it is a long run to me

we met at ngee ann poly and do some catch up chit chat

talk our recent life

then we walk from ngee ann to bukit timah

then run from there to bukit batok then bukit gomak lastly bukit panjiang

i run with every leftover inch of strength in my leg

it had been a while i ran 5km

if i never rmb wrongly it in my ns day

quite shiok and "suan"

then we went for coffee in starbuck

chitchat a bit then back home
