having someone to share up and down
is better than alone

back to today
i went to meet rey for lunch and movie
have a nice catch up with him
rey is really one of rare good friend of my
we went to watch xmen (first class) today
which is about beginning of xmen
pretty nice i would say nicer than xmen 1 and 2
rey wanted to learn wake boarding
which i don think i may ever learn it unless i "mastered swimming"
after the movie
i went for a run
rao was sick and gary was not free
so i went alone
met a young runner who on same route as mine
he was fast but i choose to not to follow his pace
pretty happy i can run the whole route without stop
this is a small achievement
